Rhythm of the Day Our rhythm is very unique and important to make sure each child experiences a Holistic life-style and good range of activities. We have used yogi strategies to make sure each day involves, mantras, singing (kertan), movement (asana) and rest (meditation). We allow plenty of time for children to be outdoors and have spaces for children to run, climb, swing and just chill out. Our rhythm of the day is inspired by Waldorf styles of teaching as this allows children to have plenty of time outdoors and balance between classroom times. Our lessons are based on practical experiences, workbook experiences and artistic experiences so there is diversity in the teaching and learning style.
